Once you have the vehicle and it’s all nice and shiny, drive carefully to meet the other drivers. Thankfully, the Pay ‘n’ Spray is very close to the Burger Shot, so if you do decide to damage the car, kill the driver and quickly jack the vehicle.
Doing this can be extra annoying, as backing out of the garage of the Pay ‘n’ Spray makes you risk damaging the car again. This is important, since damaging the car at all will require you to repair it at the Pay ‘n’ Spray. The game says to damage the car in order to lure out the driver, but you could just park in front of the car to make it stop. If you were quick, you should be very close to the Burger Shot, meaning you will be able to cut him off really quickly.
